1500mm Low-Cost Industrial Belt Conveyor System
Designed a manufacturing-ready 1500mm industrial belt conveyor system for a client based on low-cost manufacturing requirements to meet industry needs. Utilized SolidWorks for parametric 3D CAD assembly, structural frame optimization, drive motor mounting, and design simulation.

Engineering Challenge
The client needed a highly cost-effective, manufacturing-ready 1500mm belt conveyor system that could be produced with minimal machining operations while maintaining high structural rigidity and continuous operational reliability.
Applied CAD & DFM Solution
Engineered a modular DFM sheet-metal and structural frame assembly in SolidWorks using standardized off-the-shelf bearing mounts, tensioners, and hardware to minimize custom fabrication costs. Conducted design simulation and kinematic motion analysis to optimize drive torque and frame stability.
